Until your manager says you’re ready, go through the Final Inspection Checklist on every full detail. Experienced detailers know it by heart — new ones use the list.
Who checks
- Store manager: monitors quality every day and gives guidance, correction and training when it slips.
- New technicians: the manager or trainer checks every vehicle before it goes to the front line or the customer.
If a vehicle comes back
Fix the car right away — then find out what let it happen: a training gap, weak quality control, or broken communication. Fix the cause, not just the car.
