We train you. What we look for:
- High energy and a positive attitude

- Good communication
- Coachability
- Professionalism
Training and equipment
Your manager and team train you hands-on. You’ll work with pressure washers, polishers, steamers, air tools, carpet extractors, heat guns and general cleaning tools.
Before you start, go through these:
- Chemical Safety Training: required before your first shift, no exceptions
- Detailer Manual: the Prime One standard for every detailer
- Detailing Training: step-by-step how-tos for every job
Safety
- Safety glasses and 5-mil nitrile gloves on before you open any chemical.
- Use only the products you’re trained and approved to use.
- Every chemical’s safety sheet is on the Safety Data Sheets page.
- Report any injury, spill or damage to your manager right away.
Hours
We follow the hours of the dealership you work at, usually Monday through Saturday. Your manager gives you your schedule.
Dress code
We provide uniform shirts and hats. Bottoms, shoes and the rest are on the Dress Code page.
Attendance
Zero tolerance for no-call, no-show. If you’ll be late or can’t come in, tell your manager every time. Not communicating can get you let go.
Ask your manager for time off at least one week in advance.
Discipline
Problems are handled step by step: coaching, then a verbal warning, then up to three written warnings, then termination.
Some things get you let go on the spot: showing up intoxicated or bringing alcohol or drugs on the premises, verbal abuse or threats, violence, illegal activity, sexual harassment or inappropriate comments, or openly disrespecting your manager.
Full details are on the Company Policies page.
How we treat people
We work inside someone else’s business. Be professional, courteous and positive with dealership staff and customers. We’re grateful for the chance to serve, and we do it with excellence.
New hires are paired with experienced team members for training. Ask questions anytime. We want to see you grow.
