• Ask for help when you need it.
• Protect people, property, quality, and the dealership relationship.
• Keep your word.
• When something goes wrong, learn from it and make the operation better because it happened.

Prime One exists because dealerships need more than people who clean cars. They need somebody to bring order when things become confusing, create stability when things become inconsistent, lead the people, keep the work moving, communicate clearly, and protect the standard.

You are not merely supervising detail work.

You are operating the department.
