PDI Clean
Brand-new vehicles getting ready for the front line.
45–60MINUTES · TARGET TIME
Before you start
- Inspect the vehicle. Report any damage before you begin — text with a photo, or in person.
- Safety glasses and 5-mil nitrile gloves.
Wet work
- Wheels: iron remover (C130). Scrub, rinse. How-to
- Wheel wells: degreaser (F15), rinse, spray all-purpose dressing.
- Body: car wash soap (CH47 or M80), rinse.
- Dry with a chamois or drying towel.
Interior & exterior finish
- Vacuum the interior.
- Wipe down the dashboard and console.
- Put the floor mats in place.
- Windows inside and out.
- Remove glue residue from stickers and plastic wrap — auto body solvent (M136).
- Spray wax the exterior.
- Tire shine (P90): pour on the applicator. Never spray.
Before you call it done
- Move the vehicle and check it in natural light.
- Always bring a clean microfiber towel when you drive it to the delivery area.
