Supplies & Inventory
Store managers make sure the store never runs out.
Manager’s routine
- When the Patriot truck comes: take the supplies you need from the truck, but only the chemicals and supplies Prime One has authorized. Nothing else comes off the truck.
- Always: keep at least 2 weeks of stock on hand, in case a delivery is delayed.
- You don’t place orders or buy supplies yourself.
What every station and the wet bay should have: station supply lists.
Where supplies come from
- Patriot — truck visits each store weekly or every 2 weeks.
- Prime One — delivered by the Operations Manager.
Patriot truck rules
- Only take supplies on the authorized list.
- Don’t take products you don’t need just because the truck is there.
- Off that day? Leave a written list and name an experienced detailer to receive it.
From the Operations Manager
- Small items (accessories and aerosols) come during regular visits.
- Large items (vacuums, pressure washers, polishers): request them by text message.
