Company Policies

Attendance, time off and discipline.

Attendance

Zero tolerance for no-call, no-show. If you’re going to be late or absent, you communicate it — every time.

Time off

Ask your store manager at least one week in advance. The manager submits it on the Airtable time-off form.

Discipline steps

  1. Coaching — the manager addresses the problem early.
  2. Verbal warning — and the manager notifies the Prime One supervisor.
  3. Written warnings — up to three.
  4. Termination.

Immediate termination

Store managers have the authority to let someone go on the spot for:

  • Showing up intoxicated, or alcohol or drugs on the premises
  • Verbal abuse, cursing at people, threats of violence or violent behavior
  • Any illegal or criminal activity
  • Sexual harassment or inappropriate comments
  • Openly disrespecting or undermining the manager’s authority

Managers: call your Prime One supervisor right after, and write down what happened while it’s fresh.

Thank you

Our success is built on teamwork, quality and doing it right every day. Questions about anything here? Ask your manager or your Prime One supervisor.
