Communication & Coordination
Who to tell, how, and when.
Inside Prime One
- Technicians go to their store manager for day-to-day matters.
- Leave requests go through your store manager, who submits them on the Airtable time-off form — at least one week ahead.
- Non-urgent matters wait for the regular meeting with your Prime One supervisor. Urgent matters: call right away.
- Every accident and every disciplinary action is reported to your Prime One supervisor.
- Dealership feedback (comments, complaints) goes to your supervisor at the regular meeting — or right away if it’s serious.
With Sales and Service
- At some dealerships, cars are brought to us by Service, mechanics or managers. At others, we go and check with the right person.
- Know your dealership’s routine and follow it every day.
- Keep checking in with key people so no car sits in our queue for no reason.
